The mission of Children's Ministry at Faith is to partner with parents as they teach their children to think and act like Jesus. As parents, you have an awesome, God-given responsibility and we are honored to walk alongside you in this task.

 

Our programs for children include sound Biblical truths and stories presented in unique and exciting ways through both large and small group experiences.  This allows children to connect with GOD - through prayer and application of HIS word; connect with leaders - through conversation and activities; and connect with other children - a great time to build Christian friendships!

Birth to 3 Years Old

Parents' Room 
We offer a "parents’ room" to use during our worship services for children from birth to 3 years old. Parents may sit in this room with their child to view and listen to the worship service. A hospitality team member would be glad to assist you in locating the rooms.

 

Nursery
We provide a fully staffed nursery during Sunday worship services beginning at 8:30 a.m., and for the Wednesday evening programs. Children ages 6 months to 3 years are welcome. Our check-in/out procedure provides pagers or a parent’s cell phone to maintain close communication. Parents must remain on campus when children are using the nursery.

 

Sunday Kidnection - for children 2 years old at 9:15 - 10:20 a.m. (or when worship ends), drop kids off at room 108. This class will continue to meet over the summer.

Preschool through Grade 4

Sunday Kidnection

For children ages 2-4th grade at 9:15 - 10:20 a.m. in the Education Wing on the lower and upper levels. Kidnection will be on hiatus May 27 - September 2.

Summer Kids’ Church

For children ages 3 to 6th grade during the 9:15 and 10:45 a.m. worship services in the Education Wing on the Lower Level. 

 

Why do we offer Kids' Church?

Families grow closer to God and to each other as they share the experience of worship together. Kids’ Church is a program designed to encourage your family to worship together and still meet the unique educational and spiritual needs of younger children.

 

How do we participate?

Sign your child up at the KIDSTUFF Kiosk in the Lobby and put a name tag on them. Take your child into the service with you to enjoy a time of worship together as a family. Right before the message, children will be excused to attend Kids’ Church. After the service, please pick up your child in their Kids’ Church room located in the Education Wing. Parents are always welcome to attend Kids’ Church with their children.

Kids' Church is such an awesome ministry, but it doesn't happen on its own. Please prayerfully consider signing up to serve at Kids' Church this summer! Wednesdays for Kids

Wednesday Kidnection is on hiatus until fall 2012! Stay tuned for more information.

For children ages 4 years - 4th grade at 6:30 - 8 p.m. in the Education Wing on the lower and upper levels. Parents are always welcome to attend with their child, or participate as a volunteer in Children's Ministry.
